Where we ship

We ship to addresses in Canada and the United States.

Shipping rates

Canada: free standard shipping on orders of $75 CAD or more, which includes every pair of Solmere sunglasses. Orders under $75 CAD ship for $12 CAD.
United States: free standard shipping on every order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when you place your order, and another with tracking when it ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather and peak seasons.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. It can take 2 to 3 business days for tracking to show its first update.

Multiple pairs

If you order more than one pair, your items may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Duties and taxes

Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. If a carrier ever asks you to pay additional import fees on delivery, please contact us before paying and we'll help resolve it.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update it. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout, though we'll always try to help.

Lost, delayed or stolen packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or it shows delivered but you can't find your package, email us. Please check with neighbours and your building first. We'll work with the carrier to locate it, and if it's confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or refund.
